We are excited to announce our March education event titled, “Prevention and Early Detection of Cervical Cancer – The Impact of HPV Vaccination and Self Screening for HPV” presented by Margaret Chin, MD of Kaiser Permanente of WA – Family Practice & Population Health.
Objectives:
Participants of this program will:
- Identify the appropriate ages of HPV vaccination
- Identify 1 impact HPV vaccinations have had on cancer prevention
- Describe the HPV self-collect testing for HPV screening
- Identify 2 barriers or biases to HPV screening and/or vaccinations, and how to address them
