The objectives for this lecture are:
- Recognize common responses to grief and loss in the workplace and beyond.
- Acknowledge ways implicit/unintended biases in the workplace compound workplace grief and moral distress and shared experiences of grief, loss, uncertainty and hope.
- Identify processes, tools and rituals that may be used to normalize and process workplace grief and loss.
- Develop a personalized plan to address workplace grief
Attendees will access written and on-line resources addressing grief and loss. These will be provided after the call.
