Q: I lost my CE certificate for an event I attended within the last 2 weeks. Can you send me another copy of my certificate?
A: Yes, we are able to retrieve continuing education certificates that happened within the past 2 weeks. If it has been over 2 weeks since the event occurred, we cannot retrieve your certificate. Please ensure that you are opted in to emails and communications from PSONS, ONS, and CVENT. Please contact registration@psons.org

Q: I never received my CE certificate but I completed the survey. What do I do?
A: You may have opted out of communications with the CVENT team. Reach out to registration@psons.org  If it has been over 2 weeks since the event, we are unfortunately unable to retrieve your certificate.

Q: I am a vendor and I’d like to get on the email distribution list for future events. Who do I contact?
A: You can contact vendor support at vendors@psons.org to get notified of future exhibit opportunities.

Q: I would like to promote an oncology related event that I or my company is hosting. Would you be able to post it to your website?
A: Yes, we can post non-PSONS events to our website. Please give at least 2 weeks notice for posting events. Email website@psons.org with all the information and attachments you’d like to be posted.
