Oncology nurses carry untold stories—from patients, colleagues, and within themselves. On Saturday, April 11, 2026, we invite you to step away from the “doing” and enter a space of “being.”
Together, we will explore practices that help us soften, remember our wholeness, and reconnect to meaning in our work and lives. Through guided grounding, storytelling, reflection, expressive writing, art-making, contemplative silence, and gentle movement, we will make space for the untold stories we carry. In community, we will practice honoring what has shaped us, releasing what is no longer needed, and imagining the future we want to co-create in healthcare.
This retreat is a pause, a breath, and a place to tend to our inner worlds. It is a time to witness and be witnessed, to rest and be restored, and to remember that we do not carry this work alone.
